Mr. Paudel was a client from Nepal who was interested in our product -electric chain hoist. On the basis of fully understanding customer’s detail requirement, we provided a professional and reasonable offer. Due to the project’s progress schedule, Mr. Paudel finally visited our factory in April, 2015 after contacting for nearly one year later. Unfortunately, the 8.1 -magnitude earthquake happened in Nepal during that time, in order to help the victims of Nepal, our company arranged all the staff to donate through the public welfare organizations in Nepal “Chitwan Udhog Sang”. Earthquake also resulted in some delay of our project, while finally we confirmed the order in September 2015 successfully. Now all the production work was finished and the clients have received the chain hoists smoothly.
